Main features: 

1. Multiple sets of film fitting shafts can perform film fitting, waste discharging for multiple strips and multi-layer material.2. The film fitting tensions of material is totally controlled from end to end by magnetic powder tension controller.3. It guarantees the flatness of film fitting material.4. Every film fitting plastic shaft can independently adjust the pressure and gap of upper and lower plastic shaft.5. it’s easy and convenient to operate.

1 Electronics: special rubber cushion for electric appliance, velcro, conductive adhesive,  strong double-side tape, 3M, IT film switch, adhesive for vehicle manufacturing.

2 Dustproof materials: facial cotton, camera cotton, high density sponge, filter cotton, dustproof mesh, non-woven fabric.

3 Shockproof materials: foam rubber pad, rubber, clear rubber foot, PORON pad, flame retardant EVA, high foaming products.

4 Insulated EMI: nomex fish paper, aluminum foil, copper foil, PVC, PET, kraft paper, sponge jacket, pearl jacket.

5  Heat resistance and insulation materials: silicone rubber sheet, clear mica sheet, fabrics, heat insulation cotton(fabric).
